- Access the server where the Xchange Agent is installed.
- Access the Task Manager.
- Select the Services tab in the Task Manager.
- Sort the list of services alphabetically for ease of use.
- Scroll down to find the 2 services which could be named the following:
- Int.Serv.Core.ConnectorService
- Int.Serv.Core.ConnectorService.Monitor
OR - Ryvit Connector
- Ryvit Monitor
- Restart those services.
- Let Xchange Support know those services are running.
