How to Restart the Xchange Agent

Please consult with Xchange Support about why/when/how. Coordination is key.

  1. Access the server where the Xchange Agent is installed.
  2. Access the Task Manager.
  3. Select the Services tab in the Task Manager.
  4. Sort the list of services alphabetically for ease of use.
  5. Scroll down to find the 2 services which could be named the following:
    • Int.Serv.Core.ConnectorService
    • Int.Serv.Core.ConnectorService.Monitor

      OR
    • Ryvit Connector
    • Ryvit Monitor
  6. Restart those services.
  7. Let Xchange Support know those services are running.
