How to connect your Foundations Cloud system to Trimble for integrations.
1) Create an XChangeServiceUser
Create a new user as pictured below and a strong password. If you need help generating a strong password a site like LastPass can help with this. https://www.lastpass.com/features/password-generator
2) After the XChangeServiceUser is created, please send an email to Tom Steinke at Foundation (tbs@foundationsoft.com) to add the Purchase Order Write access to the "XChange" user you just created.
3) After Tom responds that this is complete send Trimble Integrations the information noted below.
Please respond with the following information:
- XChange username and password
- Database Name
- Foundation company you would like integrated with your third party application.
